About the Position
We are looking for a committed, target-driven recruiter who is passionate about recruitment and brings experience to the existing team.
In this position, you’ll work closely with resource managers and technical leads to identify hiring needs, collaborate with your recruitment colleagues, engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, and contribute to building a strong employer brand in Egypt.
This is a full-time, on-site position in our modern office in Smart Village, Giza.

Responsibilities
Process incoming applications for different vacancies efficiently.
Actively search for qualified candidates for various IT roles using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Conduct remote and on-site candidate screenings and interviews.
Evaluate candidates, experience, soft skills and motivation.
Negotiate offers and support candidates during the onboarding process.
Collaborate with resource managers.
Share feedback and insights with the team to improve processes.
Prepare and maintain recruitment analytics and performance reports.
What We Expect from You
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in international or outsourcing companies.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing extensions.
Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1 level).
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Smart Village, Cairo (no remote option).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Organized, analytical, and time-efficient working style.
Positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude toward challenges.
Will Be a Plus
Experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
Familiarity with Egyptian labor market trends and local hiring channels.
