As a Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator, you will assist in managing candidate data, scheduling interviews, maintaining the ATS, and keeping communication transparent and timely.

Responsibilities
Assist the recruitment team with daily operations and assigned tasks.
Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate interactions.
Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS system).
Support active sourcing via LinkedIn and job portals.
Act as the first point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate with HR and technical teams for interview scheduling and feedback.

Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Fluent English (B2+/C1) and native Arabic.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Will Be a Plus
Previous internship or experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, Forasna, or other local job platforms.
Understanding of Egyptian hiring practices and workplace culture.
