In this position, you will be responsible for developing relationships with IT faculties at universities and colleges, as well as private IT schools. Your focus will be on enhancing educational standards, promoting the company within the academic community, and attracting top talent.

In this role, you will receive strong support from the NIX Learning & Development Center, which has years of organizational and methodological experience in running joint educational programs with universities, colleges, and IT schools. You will also be supported by the NIX HR and Recruiting department, which is responsible for talent acquisition.

What you will do:

Establishing and developing partnerships with IT educational institutions:

• Building contacts and formalizing relationships through cooperation memoranda or agreements.

• Identifying and connecting with active educators who can serve as opinion leaders.

• Maintaining relationships with university administrative staff.

Promoting the company within the educational community:

• Promoting the company brand as a leading employer known for high standards and cutting-edge software development and training technologies.

• Organizing promotional and educational events for students, such as workshops, training sessions, marathons, and hackathons.

• Facilitating specialized meetings with educators to exchange expertise.

Enhancing educational standards:

• Collaborating with NIX IT experts to influence the educational standards used in student training.

• Bringing current IT market demands into the academic sphere.

• Facilitating the implementation of advanced educational practices within the curriculum.

Attracting top talent to the company:

• Selecting top students and working with them individually to recruit them for corporate training programs, internships, and full-time positions.

• Building a talent pipeline for the company's trainee positions.

Other:

• Representing the company at Job Fairs, Career Days, Meetups, etc.

What we expect from you:

• Deep understanding of the IT industry.

• Solid understanding of the local educational landscape in Egypt.

• Existing university contacts that will help build relationships quickly.

• Current or previous experience in an administrative or teaching role at a university, or experience in a similar position.

• Excellent communication skills.

• English proficiency (В2 or higher).
