Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications under the guidance of experienced QA engineers
Learn to design and execute test cases, checklists, and test scenarios
Participate in smoke, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
Assist in validating functionality, usability, and basic performance of features
Learn to identify defects, risks, and potential issues early in the development process
Work with a structured onboarding and training program to strengthen existing knowledge and fill skill gaps
Collaborate closely with a mentor and tech lead to develop both technical and soft skills
Participate in QA team activities and knowledge sharing within the QA community
Enjoy the process of bug hunting and improving software quality 😊
What we expect from you:
Basic understanding of software testing fundamentals (manual testing concepts, types of testing)
General knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing strategies
Basic familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and version control systems (e.g. Git)
Basic understanding of client–server architecture
Introductory knowledge of API testing (theory or simple practice)
Basic understanding of SQL (simple SELECT queries)
English level Intermediate or higher
Ability to switch between tasks and willingness to learn new things
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, persistence, and motivation for self-development
Will be a plus:
Education or courses in IT or a related field
Participation in QA courses, bootcamps, internships, or pet projects
Basic programming or scripting knowledge
Initial exposure to test automation concepts
Familiarity with traffic/network tools (Fiddler, Wireshark, etc.)
Foundational understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including their application in automated test generation and defect analysis.
Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, specifically for creating test cases, generating synthetic test data, and refining automated scripts.
