Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.

• Take ownership of features from implementation to delivery.

• Lead or coordinate development teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards, security, and performance.

What we expect from you

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience with backend and frontend development.

• Written and spoken English not lower than Upper Intermediate level (B2).

• Deep understanding of advanced JavaScript and TypeScript concepts.

• Strong experience with Node.js and modern frontend framework (React or Angular)

• Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)

• Experience with cloud platforms and serverless architecture (AWS, Lambda)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and methodologies

• Hands-on experience of accessibility (a11y) principles and ARIA attributes.

• Experience with system design and scalable architecture

• Experience in leading a team, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Knowledge and practical experience with projects at different stages.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Will be a plus

• Experience in estimating development effort for projects of varying complexity and at different stages

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Experience with LLM APIs or AI integrations
