We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a key technical role across a diverse ecosystem—spanning back-end microservices, Web UI portals, mobile applications, VR, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning.

We need a proactive quality leader who can architect scalable test automation frameworks, establish quality standards, integrate AI-driven testing workflows, and mentor team members across multiple project streams.

What we expect from you:

• Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience in software test automation including leadership or ownership.

• Architecture & Frameworks: Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and scaling commercial-grade automation frameworks from scratch (UI and API).

• Programming Mastery: Strong proficiency in at least two primary automation languages (TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python or C#) with solid software engineering principles (OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID).

• CI/CD & DevOps: Practical experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and working with containerization tools (Docker).

• AI-Proficiency in: 

  • Building multi-agent workflows using AI Assistants like GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude, covering all STLC stages.

  • Output validation and improvement techniques.

  • Effective context collection, handling, and processing.

  • Success measurement and efficiency assessment.

• Process & Strategy: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, quality metrics, and the ability to define overall test strategies rather than just executing scripts.

• Tooling & Version Control: Advanced knowledge of modern automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO) and Git workflows.

• Communication: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or Advanced (C1) English for clear technical communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Will be a plus:

• Experience setting up and running Performance & Load Testing (e.g., JMeter, k6, Locust).

• Direct experience with automated testing for Data Analytics, Machine Learning models, or VR applications.

• Experience mentoring junior/middle engineers and conducting technical code reviews.

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Deep understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including their application in automated test generation and defect analysis.
