We are looking for a strong expert who will be responsible for paid promotion of the company's employer brand and HR activities. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving quality leads through strategic paid media management while optimising hiring KPIs.

What you’re going to do:

  • Planning, launching, and managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Implementing tracking solutions, including pixel tracking, to measure effectiveness accurately.

  • Analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including evaluation of KPIs (Cost Per Qualified Lead and Cost Per Hire) and the use of analytical tools to measure results.

  • Testing and implementation of new tools, platforms, and technologies in the field of digital marketing to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Cooperating with colleagues from other teams (designers, developers, copywriters, etc.) to accomplish set tasks.

  • Reporting on completed tasks and achieved results to management and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Autonomy and self-reliance.

  • In-depth experience in planning, creating, and launching advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Experience in data analysis, setting up and using analytics and visualization tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LookerStudio.

  • Experience or case studies in effective lead generation.

  • Advanced level of proficiency in spreadsheet programs (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Understanding of the full lead generation process cycle.

  • Fluency in Arabic language.

  • English proficiency: Strong Intermediate or higher.

Would be a plus:

Experience in setting up and using Google Tag Manager Server-side, Facebook Conversion API, LinkedIn Conversion API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions
