We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the implementation and support of business solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work on various projects involving the development, integration, and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role offers the opportunity to enhance your technical skills while contributing to meaningful Salesforce-based solutions in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other platform tools.

• Configure standard Salesforce features such as flows, validation rules, and custom objects.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

• Work closely with business analysts, team leads, and other developers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and ongoing process improvements.

• Estimate task effort and support project planning activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficiency in Apex and LWC.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation capabilities.

• Experience with API integrations and Salesforce deployments.

• Familiarity with version control systems and Agile development practices.

• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (PD1, JavaScript Developer I, App Builder, etc.).

• Experience with related technologies such as MuleSoft, Tableau, or Einstein Analytics.

• Exposure to consulting projects or system integration work.

• Experience in mentoring or technical review activities.
