We are looking for a Middle IT Project Manager to join our team based in Smart Village — at the heart of Cairo’s technology ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and business needs.

• Transform requirements into clear and estimable backlog tasks.

• Define and maintain task and deliverable priorities.

• Prepare release and sprint plans.

• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

• Support continuous stakeholder engagement and feedback collection.

• Create and maintain the project schedule.

• Work with network diagrams and roadmaps.

• Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and monitor them regularly.

• Initiate and implement improvements to enhance product quality and delivery processes.

• Monitor budget tracking and cost forecasting.

• Coordinate team capacity (days off, sick leave, holidays).

• Create, manage, and monitor communication processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Solid knowledge of SDLC.

• Practical experience working with predictive, iterative, incremental and adaptive project life cycles.

• Proven experience working with stakeholder's expectations and effective communications management.

• Hands-on experience with project schedules, roadmaps.

• Experience in risk management, cost and contract management

• strong experience with managing project teams (including distributed teams)
