Responsibilities

  • Working together with the client on their requirements.

  • Transferring requirements to the backlog of understandable and estimable project tasks.

  • Understanding priorities.

  • Preparing release/sprint plans.

  • Focusing on maximum transparency when working with stakeholders.

  • Supporting constant stakeholder engagement and feedback.

  • Creating the project schedule.

  • Working with network diagrams and roadmaps.

  • Risk identification, creation, and regular monitoring of risk registers.

  • Continuous implementation of improvements aimed at delivering more value and improving product quality.

  • Budget tracking and forecasting costs.

  • Control of team’s capacity (days off and sick leave, holidays).

  • Creation, management, and monitoring of communications.

  • 3 years of experience in IT project management.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Agile mindset and experience with Agile methodologies.
