We are looking for this position someone with an analytical mindset to join our team to work in a friendly analytics department. Here you can participate in finding insights, researching and processing large amounts of data, interacting with end-users, the business analysis of new requests, as well as demonstrating your leadership skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and define business needs and goals;
Design data models for the entity and pair relationship;
Interact with customer, product, and engineering teams;
Explore, analyze and process massive amounts of data, turning it into actionable business insights;
Applying business analysis and product analytics technics and approaches;
Specification of the requirements;
Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics using different BI and analytical tools;
Perform ad hoc analytic requests to transform data into information.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science, or similar;
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Desired Skills:
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others);
Experience with DWH (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS RedShift, etc.);
Full proficiency in SQL (data modeling, queries, analytic/window functions);
Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL pipelines principles;
Advanced level of MS Excel;
Data mining and data analysis techniques;
Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.));
A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC);
Extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques (Use case scenarios, User stories, User story mapping, Prioritization techniques, Estimation approaches, etc.)
Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers;
Excellent time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and handle multi-tasking activities;
Git/VCS experience.
