We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform. The candidate should be able to analyze, design, and optimize processes using the Salesforce platform, increasing user engagement, and implementing best practices.
Technologies:
Salesforce Admin tools: Flows, Standard & Custom objects, Reports & Dashboards, Approval processes, Assignment rules, etc;
Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud;
API: REST/SOAP
Database: SOQL, SOSL;
UI: page layouts, page builder, experience builder;
Security: roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization wide defaults, sharing rules, etc.
Responsibilities:
Process setup and automation: working with developers and senior administrators to implement custom solutions, automate business processes, and configure the system;
Security and permissions: administering security settings, profiles, and permissions to manage access to data and functionality;
Data management: responsible for data quality, data import, data export, and maintenance. Ensuring data integrity through regular checks;
User support: providing user assistance, troubleshooting, responding to requests, and providing training to maximize Salesforce use;
What we expect from you:
2+ years of experience in the role of Salesforce Administrator/Implementer;
in-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model;
confident use of the Salesforce declarative tools suite;
good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce database interaction;
Understanding of REST/SOAP protocols and experience with Salesforce integrations.
intermediate+ level of technical English (spoken, written);
proactive communication skills.
Pluses:
Salesforce Administrator certification;
experience in custom development on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC);
experience working with other Salesforce applications or clouds (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.);
experience working with SFDX & Git;
