JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Immerse in the project’s subject matter, driving business process analysis of conceptual ideas;
Communicate and ensure stakeholder engagement, identifying their needs;
Design solutions, creating functional and non-functional requirements;
Triage defects and identifying anticipated outcomes;
Facilitate meetings and coordinate development teams regarding the requirements.
Effectively communicate with distributed team members and stakeholders;
Extract and structure requirements from different sources;
Carefully analyze the requirements and data to outline white spots and potential challenges before development initiation;
Prepare requirement documents, complemented with illustrative diagrams and mock-ups, adhering to project management principles;
Execute acceptance testing, presenting results to customers and stakeholders;
Facilitate teamwork using Agile principles and oversee engineering team meetings.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
A minimum of 1 year of commercial experience as an IT Business Analyst/ Requirements Engineer; or at least 1,5 years as a Quality Assurance Engineer/ Support Specialist/ or related roles;
Knowledge of business analysis techniques and theory of software requirements development;
Knowledge of Agile software development practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to quickly switch between tasks;
Fast learning ability, interest in mastering new knowledge;
Ability to work both in a team and independently;
