You’ll be part of a professional HR department, supporting colleagues throughout their entire employment journey — from onboarding to offboarding — and ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with Egyptian labor law.

Responsibilities

  • Support all HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, probation management.

  • Handle full personnel administration in line with Egyptian Labor Law and company procedures — including hiring, contract renewals, updates, and terminations.

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, ensuring full confidentiality of personal data.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, providing clear, timely, and supportive assistance.

  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management.

  • Ensure a welcoming onboarding experience for new employees and guide them through key documentation and company policies.

  • Manage HR documentation, employment contracts, social insurance forms, and company policies.

  • Complete administrative updates in internal HR systems accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate closely with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data, social insurance, and benefits.

What We Expect From You

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, personnel operations, or related roles.

  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and related procedures (contracts, working hours, probation, annual leave, and social insurance).

  • Good command of English (B2+ level or higher) — written and spoken.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

  • Confident computer user — especially MS Word and Excel.

  • Experience with HR or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Service-oriented, supportive, and positive attitude, with a sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for problems to happen but looks for ways to improve processes.

  • Understanding of local Egyptian and International workplace culture and ability to build trustful relationships with employees at all levels.
