What matters is solid engineering craft, real experience using AI agentically to ship code, and a readiness to grow into new technologies where the work needs it.

Please note: this is a hands-on software engineering role — you’ll be building and shipping AI-augmented features. It is not a Data Science, Machine Learning research, or model-training position. If your focus is statistics, model training, or data analysis rather than building software, this role isn’t the right fit.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, building web/product applications.

• Strong command of at least one backend language: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PHP, Go, .NET / C#, or Java.

• Solid full-stack fundamentals — comfortable working across APIs, databases, and deployment, not just a single layer.

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted / agentic engineering tools in real delivery work (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Copilot CLI, or similar). We mean confident, fluent use — these tools are already a routine part of how you build and ship, not something you’ve only tried a few times.

• Demonstrable experience with several of: prompt engineering for development workflows, multi-step agentic development, AI-assisted debugging and refactoring, AI-assisted test generation, and rapid prototyping with AI.

• The judgment to use AI responsibly — understanding the limitations, risks, and governance considerations of AI-generated code.

• A genuine readiness to learn and work in the front-end (any modern framework) when the work calls for it. Front-end experience is not required, but the right mindset is.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and drive work to production with little supervision.

• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2).

• A proactive mindset, good communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack web applications and AI-powered product features, from early idea to production release.

• Use modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor as part of your daily engineering workflow — for research, prototyping, code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Integrate AI capabilities into real products, including LLM APIs, retrieval-based systems, RAG, and agent/tool workflows.

• Review AI-generated code critically. Make sure it is reliable, maintainable, secure, and consistent with the team’s engineering standards.

• Take part in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews. Help define reusable patterns and practical team practices for working with AI.

• Work closely with engineering, product, delivery, and customer-facing teams. Understand not only what needs to be built, but also why it matters for the business.

• Stay flexible with the stack. Strengthen your backend expertise while growing into frontend and cloud areas when the project requires it.

Will be a plus

• Front-end experience with a modern framework (React / Angular / Vue) and TypeScript.

• Cloud fundamentals with one of the major platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and observability (ELK / Prometheus & Grafana).

• Experience embedding AI/LLM features into products: RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone / Qdrant), embeddings, and semantic search.

• Experience building MCP servers/tools, custom “agent skills,” or multi-agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain / LangGraph).

• Experience running self-hosted or local models (Ollama, vLLM).

• Awareness of secure, governed use of AI in enterprise development environments (e.g., preventing data/PII leakage).
